Aluminum Recyclability: A Renewable Choice: At Bharat Containers (N) PVT Ltd we have chosen aluminum as the primary material for our aerosol containers due to its exceptional recyclability. Unlike other materials, such as plastic, glass, or paper, aluminum can be recycled endlessly without losing its quality or properties. By embracing aluminum, we actively support the conservation of natural resources, energy reduction, and waste reduction.

Our Green Initiatives: We are committed to incorporating green practices into our manufacturing process. Here are some of the sustainability initiatives we have implemented:

1. Gas-Operated Drying and Lacquer Curing Ovens: To minimize our dependence on non-renewable energy sources, we operate all our drying and lacquer curing ovens on gas. By reducing our carbon emissions, we promote a cleaner and more sustainable manufacturing process.

2. Solar Water Heating System: We have invested in a state-of-the-art solar water heating system with a capacity of 20,000 liters. This system harnesses the power of the sun to heat water used in our can washing process. By utilizing renewable energy, we significantly reduce our environmental impact and contribute to energy conservation.

3. Solar Electric Power Generation: At our manufacturing plants, we have installed solar electric power systems with a combined capacity of 640 KWh. These systems harness the abundant sunlight to generate clean, renewable energy, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and lowering greenhouse gas emissions.

4. Carbon Emission Reduction: Our in-house solar power generation has resulted in the avoidance of over 22,000 tons of carbon emissions over the past five years. This achievement reflects our commitment to sustainable practices and highlights the significant positive impact of renewable energy adoption.

5. Waste Water Regeneration and Effluent Treatment: To minimize water wastage and ensure responsible water management, we have implemented waste water regeneration plants and effluent treatment facilities. These systems allow us to recycle and treat water used in our manufacturing processes, reducing our freshwater consumption and preserving this valuable resource.
